In underserved communities in the Philippines, countless dogs and cats live without access to basic veterinary care. Spay and neuter surgery is simply beyond the reach of many families, while unwanted litters contribute to a continuing cycle of abandonment, hunger and suffering.
fixing hope works to break that cycle by bringing free spay/neuter services, vaccinations, deworming, medications and humane education directly to communities where they are needed most.

Preventing suffering before it begins
Free spay and neuter services are at the heart of our work. By preventing unwanted litters, we help reduce abandonment, hunger and the number of dogs and cats born into lives without adequate care.
Preventive Veterinary Care
Helping animals stay healthy
Our community events provide essential veterinary care including vaccinations, deworming and basic medications—services that may otherwise be beyond the reach of many families.
Humane Education
Building compassion in the community
Lasting change begins with understanding. We work with local communities to encourage responsible pet ownership, humane treatment of animals and the importance of spaying and neutering.
